MPO By-Laws

The Wichita Falls Metropolitan Planning Organization’s By-Laws establish the rules and regulations, by which the Transportation Policy Committee, the governing body of the MPO, shall operate, function and conduct all MPO related business. The By-Laws promulgate the MPO’s purpose, its members, and meetings, voting protocols and procedures, the make-up of the Transportation Policy Committee and its subcommittees, and amendments to the By-Laws through the Articles of the By-Laws.

The Transportation Policy Committee reviewed and approved the new Wichita Falls MPO Public Participation Plan at its July 25, 2007 meeting.
